The Approach

A whole-person approach, grounded in real data.

Lasting health change requires two things working together: a clear picture of what your body is actually doing, and an honest look at the patterns underneath your daily choices.

On the data side, bloodwork and hormone panels through Lyvhealth, working with a licensed medical provider. DNA reading through sequencing.com to understand how your body prefers food, handles stress, and functions on a cellular level. At-home monthly blood labs through Rhythm.

Then into your interiority, looking at beliefs and habits that quietly shape your daily choices, avoidances, triggers, and mental capacity. When this is the piece that needs attention, Internal Family Systems is the framework I draw on. It is a gentle, well-researched method for understanding why we do what we do.

Most coaching works on one side or the other. Those who land here are usually ready for both.

The Method

Three months. One change at a time.

The work is structured in three-month seasons; long enough for habits to settle and for biomarkers to show movement. Inside each season, the work flows through three overlapping phases.

Phase One
Exploration
Weeks 1–4

The first month is exploratory. Week one is observation, no protocols yet. If you choose, labs through Lyvhealth and DNA sequencing through sequencing.com begin in week one. From week two we introduce one small change at a time (sleep, hydration, nutrition) and learn how your body responds.

Phase Two
Protocol
Beginning week 3–4

Once we know how your body is responding and the data is in, we move from exploring to designing. Peptides, hormone support, supplements, nutrition, fitness, and inner work, in whatever combination your data and goals call for. Add-ons selected through your client portal.

Phase Three
Practice
Through the season

One change a week. Not one transformation a week. Sleep first, water next, then food, then movement, then the more advanced layers. Habits hold when they are built in the right order and small enough to keep.

Reflect. Rebuild. Rise.

Reflect on where you are and what your body is telling you. Rebuild the habits and the biology underneath them. Rise into the next chapter with a strong foundation.

At-home monthly blood draws for ongoing biomarker tracking. A self-collection kit, a five-minute draw, an Uber pickup to the lab. So we can see how your body is actually responding to the protocol, month over month.

About

I'm Satine.

Health coach. IFS practitioner. ICC certified. Currently completing certifications in hormone optimization, biohacking, and functional genomics, and back in school 25 years later studying psychology because the field keeps moving and I want to keep up.

Before this work, I spent more than two decades as a writer, game designer, and creative director. That background still shapes how I design programs because habits last when real attention is given to how a person is actually motivated vs generally being told what to do.
